Return & Refund Policy

How returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for orders placed with Boutbsub Solutions.

Thank you for shopping at Boutbsub Solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Method

All returns must be initiated and sent back by mail to our return address. We do not accept in-person returns.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your statement.

3. Shipping Costs & Fees

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in new condition.

4. Exempt Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items (if opened)
