Where do you ship?
We currently ship to street addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. Due to the size and weight of our fitness equipment, we ship via carriers (like UPS, FedEx, and Freight) that require a physical street address for delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
