  • Parts & Electronics: Typically covered for 1–3 years.

2. Filing a Claim

To file a claim, please have the following ready:

  • The Serial Number of the equipment (usually found on the frame).
  • Photos or video of the issue.

3. Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, worn pads).
  • Improper assembly or maintenance.
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Use of residential equipment in a commercial setting (unless specified otherwise).

4. 30-Day Retailer Guarantee

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Boutbsub Solutions offers a 30-day guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you, provided you report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
